Outstanding service! Randy’s crew replaced rotted decking from a leak around my fireplace, removed the ridge vents on the main house and replaced them with state of the art solar vents They also replaced the roofs on both my house and storage building and did it all in only two and a half days. The guys in the crew took precautions to protect all of my landscaping, outdoor equipment and patio furniture. The clean up job afterwards was wonderful. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. The roof looks fabulous. Great job Randy and crew. I recommend Restored Services to anyone with roofing needs.

We saw red flags from the day we reached out to RSG, as they were over anxious to get into our house to begin work the day our last renters were leaving even without providing us a written estimate for what they would complete and for how much. (They did not want to leave any time for us to get other estimates.) When Randy shared the price for a new roof, my husband asked if that included gutters, Randy replied “yes that’s more than enough to cover gutters.” The roof was replaced in August, yet to this day we still do not have gutters. When we asked Randy & Doug for estimate documents it took us begging them for weeks and weeks for them to share the documents with us. Doug Reedy stood us up twice and never showed his face to meet us in person despite taking over $50,000 of business from us. We spoke on Sunday October 13 that we would meet at our home on Monday October 14 around noon. We have a 5 hour drive to meet him. Along our route we update him with our ETA and he says he is in Beaumont (1 hour away) and he cannot meet us in the day we agreed to meet. We took the day off work to meet him, yet he stood us up. On Sunday Nov 3 we agreed to meet on Monday Nov 4 to give him a payment, get the keys to the new door installed and get a date for the gutter install. At almost noon, 4.5 hours into our drive, Doug texted that he was in Louisiana and would not be able to meet us. We made a virtual payment, yet he did not keep his word to meet us, deliver the keys, nor install gutters. Moved-out was approx $5000 - they did not take off the linens, nor wrapped the bed with the linens on them, so linens were wet, torn and filthy. On the move-in date, the moving crew was inexperienced and reckless for another approx $5000 for move in ONLY. They broke many of our items. The movers had no tools with them, so I had to lend them my tools to rebuild the beds + lost screws to beds so had to rig with random screws I had. They didn’t know how to put the bed frames back together. Then they put the mattresses upside down. All the sheets were wet, dirty, and some had grease stains (assuming from the back of the uhaul). They made no effort nor put anything down to protect our new flooring. One of the couches has a grease stain. Maria kept apologizing over and over saying sorry they are new. They broke one of the wood box spring. The mattresses were soaked. Doug stated in text that he would pay for damages, yet he still never has. Now we have been trying to wrap things up since November, he will not provide us with a simple invoice for all that we have paid. If Doug or anyone from RSG had handled us respectfully and not made us beg for months, I would have never written this even though their work was subpar and their prices $10,000s more than other contractors. That was our fault for being naive and letting them take advantage of us. We hired another sub to paint that did a fantastic job who came in $16,000 less than RSG. This sub found major damage on the side of our house that I can’t believe my husband and I didn’t see before much less a trained contractor such as Doug and the many men from his crews. In the last month Doug started to bully us via text saying “wow I thought you were smarter than that,” and many other derogatory comments. We have pictures, texts, screen shots, emails to back all of the claims made here. I would never use nor recommend RSG. They have been a nightmare come true to try and work with, we just want to be done and they keep dragging this out.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Restored Services Group. The insurance process to get my new roof was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The team's professionalism and attention to detail during the installation were impressive. My new roof looks fantastic, and I'm grateful for Randy's expertise and assistance throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them for their exceptional service and expertise in navigating insurance claims.
